A little more than 10 years ago, UCTE presented its white paper SMS: What’s not right , which outlined the concerns our members had as safety management systems (SMS) were being implemented across every mode of transportation. A little more than 10 years later, UCTE wanted to take a pulse of SMS and see if anything had changed.
