A tentative agreement has been reached between the UCTE/PSAC and Bouygues Energies and Services (advanced security provider at Winnipeg Airport).

Highlights:

    • 2022 – 4% wage increase
    • 2023 – 5% wage increase
    • 2024 – 2% or Manitoba CPI – whichever is higher
    • Increase in shift premium, new Health Spending Account, $250 per year, improvements in discipline and footwear allowance, MOU to look at CAAP DB Pension plan.
