Several members of the PA group contacted us regarding the problems related to retroactive pay which had been negotiated and signed by Treasury Board in their collective agreement. Several concerns have been communicated to the PSAC and UCTE. Some members have not received any information to verify their retroactive pay details.
UCTE and PSAC confirm that the employer is obligated to provide you with details of retroactive payments on a case-by-case basis; everyone should be given their personal details. An FAQ has been prepared on the PSAC page regarding this topic:
