Nav Canada members located at the Nav Centre in Cornwall were advised today that the employer has sold the facility to Devcore Inc. The centre has been for sale for several years and the sale will be final on June 30, 2022. Employees were told that the Nav Centre does not fit within its core services as per their strategic plan and therefore the property was sold.

While details are few at this time, UCTE has been advised that a condition of sale included that UCTE members remain unionized and that the terms of the current collective agreement will be respected.
