At the start of each term, UCTE hosts a focus group to hear from the members what they like about their union, what they don’t like and where can we improve. In short: the good, the bad and the ugly.  In the past we have collected this information by hosting a group of members from across the country with different levels of engagement within the union (from none to fully engaged) and from both the private and public sectors. This feedback has been valuable to helping guide the actions that your union takes over the term.

This term, we want to have more input and open the survey up to more than those who will participate in the focus group. It takes approximately 5 minutes to complete the attached survey. The survey is anonymous however there is the option to provide us with your contact information if you would like to participate further in these discussions.
