Alongside a mediator, the UCTE/PSAC bargaining team met with NAV CANADA in Ottawa on August 27 and 28.

While some progress was made, mediation will need to continue the week of September 24 – 28. During this time, we will continue to negotiate a tentative agreement which will meet the needs of our members.

The bargaining team appreciates the patience and support of the members as we work hard to negotiate this next collective agreement.

The PSAC Regional Representative assigned to the NAV CANADA local will be in touch shortly to discuss opportunities to demonstrate the  support of our membership. Together we can secure the fair deal UCTE/PSAC members deserve.
