DO NOT complete a form entitled: Claim for general compensation for former employees: Payment equivalent to additional leave. This is not the correct document.

Neither the details nor the correct claim form to be used by retirees or former employees has been made available by Treasury Board yet. Once it is available, it will be shared on this website.
