Drone Safety Day

Transport Canada is inviting Canadians to celebrate the first National Drone Safety Awareness Day, a day set aside to raise awareness about drone safety. Canada wants to educate the public about safe drone practices and showcase the interesting and innovative ways drones are being used across Canada.

To take part in this year’s very first activities, you can:

  1. Fly your drone safely
  2. Submit a photo to our Drone Safety Photo Challenge on Government website
  3. Watch the Drone Safety Day webinar series
  1. Share your stories on your Facebook, Twitter and Instagram platforms with the hashtag #DroneSafetyDay
