On July 22, 2019 members of local 40403, Regina International Airport voted in favour of a new collective agreement. The new five-year agreement, which is retroactive to July 1, 2018, reflects improvements for work-life balance as well as increases in some allowances.

The bargaining team was able to secure wage increases of 2.0% for 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 and 2.25% for 2022. Members also achieved increases in shift premiums, boot allowance and vacation entitlements.

The new collective agreement also has improvements to the defined contribution pension plan rates as well as the recognition of Family Day as a paid holiday.
