The PSAC has made the decision to file a second grievance over the changes to 699 leave. This action was taken because of the new direction Treasury Board has published. This is effective November 9, 2020. UCTE members are under enough pressure as they are working under difficult condition from this beginning of this pandemic. That’s why UCTE is supporting this action by PSAC.
