It’s been a long and painful process, but it’s over! This is a big win for our members. PSAC was able to reach a tentative agreement with the employer: competitive wage increases, greater parity with core public administration, Phoenix compensation, better working conditions and job security, and no concessions.

PSAC’s bargaining team has secured wage increases averaging 2.11% per year. According to the PSAC article:

Shift premiums for employees working between 5 p.m. and 6 a.m. will increase from $2.00/hour to $2.25/hour (12.5% increase).

Wage adjustments will be made to catch up to counterparts in core public administration:
