As mentioned previously, the collective agreement for our Nav Canada members will expire later this year. In preparation for the next round of bargaining, PSAC/UCTE is asking all of our Nav Canada locals to submit bargaining demands and delegates for the national bargaining conference (NBC) which will take place on September 29 & 30, 2020 virtually.

Bargaining demands

As noted in a previous web posting, all Nav Canada members are invited to submit their bargaining demands electronically no later than Friday July 30^th, 2020. You can submit them in the language of your choice.

Please provide the names of your delegate(s) to your regional vice-president who will be in touch with you shortly. We require the names along with contact information that includes non-work e-mail address, work and home telephone numbers, home address and PSAC ID# no later than Monday July 27, 2020.

1. Equity delegates

The PSAC/Alliance Executive Committee will also consider written requests from those who identify within the young worker, equity or women delegates. PSAC will be making a web posting inviting those within the Young Workers, Women, Indigenous Peoples, Racialized Workers, LGBTQ2+, and Members with Disabilities to submit their name to the AEC for consideration. Alternatively you can submit your request using the ucte-ucet@psac-afpc.com email address.
